Experience | Hourly Rate |

Up to five years call | £50 - £125 |
Five to ten years call | £75 - £150 |
Ten to fifteen years call | £100 - £175 |
Over fifteen years call | £150 - £250 |
Silks | £250 - £700 |
We undertake all types of publicly funded casework at legal aid rates including CLR, conditional fee, graduated fee and very high cost cases (civil and criminal). We will take on work at a lower rate if there is limited or fixed legal aid and at higher rates by agreement.
Please contact the clerks for further information. They will be pleased to advise on suitable counsel and fees. In some circumstances members of chambers undertake pro bono and subsidised work. This should be discussed with the clerks.
Counsel are required to keep time sheets of work undertaken and fee notes will be issued with details of hours worked.
