Isabella Forshall

Isabella Forshall's practice embraces a wide range of serious criminal defence work in the Crown Court and in the Court of Appeal.

She has acted in many high-profile cases where clients are charged with serious violence, including politically-motivated violence extending from grave public order cases to offences under the Terrorism Acts. One of her strengths is defending in multi-defendant cases. She has acted for many women facing allegations of violence against their domestic partners. She deals regularly with cases involving serious sexual offending, and serious drugs cases.

She has extensive experience of acting for clients suffering from mental disorders and learning difficulties, and for prisoners and other detainees.
