Financial Controller

Purpose : To deliver a professional finance dept to enable the Chambers to meet its statutory and commercial obligations and objectives

Key responsibilities :

• Line management of finance function
• Preparation of monthly management information
• Preparation of annual budget and long term plans
• Management of cash including preparation of regular cash flow forecasts
• Promoting general financial and commercial awareness within the Chambers
• Ensure the development and promotion of good internal controls

Research & Knowledge Manager
Purpose: To implement and manage a comprehensive and accessible research facility for Chambers

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision of an accessible and responsive research function to all practitioners
• Management of librarian
• Development of electronic records/document management
• Training barristers in the use of research methodology
