6 January 2014 was a historic day for the legal profession as it was the first time in history that barristers and solicitors have taken action against the government.  Members of Doughty Street were accompanied by colleagues from across the profession to protests against cuts to legal aid.  Sara Williams was one of the barristers taking part in the protests, here she explains why.
