Media Storm Erupts Again in New Zealand

David Hislop QC yesterday was again at the centre of a media storm in New Zealand when the Privy Council granted his client Mark Lundy permission to appeal his two convictions for murder in 2000. This is only the twelfth Criminal Appeal out of New Zealand where the Privy Council has granted permission to appeal and the first where an expedited hearing has been ordered.
