Acquitted at the Central Criminal Court of murder, manslaughter, false imprisonment and kidnapping

Following a seven week trial, Daniel Kosowski was acquitted at the Central Criminal Court of murder, manslaughter, false imprisonment and kidnapping. He was convicted of preventing the lawful and decent burial of the deceased and sentenced to 30 months imprisonment, having spent a year remanded in custody awaiting trial. He was represented by Tim Moloney QC leading HCA and member partner of TV Edwards solicitors, Farhana Rahman-Cook.
