All dressed up & nowhere to go : whatever happened to mediation?

Stephen Reeder, who leads the ADR Team at Doughty Street Chambers, was a member of the panel convened for the discussion, 'All dressed up and nowhere to go : whatever happened to mediation' presented by the Public Law Project and hosted by Hogan Lovells International LLP on 4th March 2014. He was joined on the panel by Stephen Grosz QC, Varda Bondy of the PLP, Margaret Doyle and Professor Carrie Menkel-Meadow of Georgetown Law Centre. Stephen commented, "for a UK mediator it was an honour to have the opportunity to discuss mediation with Professor Menkel-Meadow who has been at the forefront of the development of ADR in the USA for decades and is a trans-Atlantic doyenne of our world"
