Christopher Foster death: Four cleared in mistaken identity trial

Two men represented by David Bentley QC and Benjamin Newton cleared of all charges relating to “mistaken ID” revenge attack murder.

 

David Bentley QC (leading David Kitson and instructed by Tim Walker at Sonn McMillan Walker) and  Benjamin Newton (led by Michael Turner and instructed by Martin Rackstraw at Bindmans)  respectively represented Ricky Huggins and MA at their five week trial at Central Criminal Court. Both had denied being party to any plan to murder or cause GBH.
