Expert Initiative on the Effectiveness of the International Criminal Court

A group of international law experts led by Doughty Street Chambers' Professor Guénaël Mettraux has just published an Expert Report (“Expert Initiative on Promoting Effectiveness at the International Criminal Court”) assessing the work and effectiveness of the International Criminal Court.  The drafting and preparation of the Report was made possible by the financial support of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland and with the assistance of the University of Amsterdam. The Report was officially presented at the Hague Institute for Global Justice on 2 December 2014.
