Francis FitzGibbon QC on the Victoria Derbyshire show speaking on protecting vulnerable witnesses

On Thursday 15 September Francis FitzGibbon QC, Chairman of The Criminal Bar Association, appeared on the Victoria Derbyshire show to discuss the Government’s move as part of planned court reforms to allow vulnerable victims of crime in England and Wales to pre-record evidence.  This would spare vulnerable victims and witnesses the trauma of reliving events of the crime in open court.
