Global Arbitration Review reports on the last Indian Council of Arbitration Seminar

Last month, Emilie Gonin spoke at the seminar on “International Arbitration in India: Changes & Challenges” organised by the Indian Council of Arbitration in New Delhi. Introductory remarks were made by Justice SS Nijjar, a former judge of the Supreme Court of India. Panellists included well known arbitration practitioners from India and other jurisdictions as well as in house counsels and representatives of key arbitral institutions.  They covered a wide range of topics focussing on last year’s developments in the field of international arbitration in India. Emilie Gonin’s co-panellists were Marc Veit of Lalive and Pranav Mago of SIAC and the panel was moderated by Sheila Ahuja of Allen & Overy.  The panel focussed on Emergency Arbitration and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards. A full report on the event is available online on Global Arbitration Review’s website.
