Honorary doctorate for Andrew Hall Q.C. conferred by the new Chancellor of the University of Sheffield

On Thursday 26th November, Andrew Hall Q.C. was awarded an honorary doctorate by his alma mater, the University of Sheffield.

 

The award was conferred at a ceremony at which the new Chancellor of the University, The Right Honourable Lady Justice Rafferty, DBE, presided. 

 

The Chancellor is the senior lay Officer of the University and empowered to confer degrees and other academic awards. Dame Anne becomes the eighth Chancellor.
