Husband found in contempt for failing to disclose evidence of his assets

A husband who failed to provide evidence of how he supposedly lost £400m in assets has been held in contempt of court. His wife, Michelle Young, had applied for her husband's committal for contempt in the course of ancillary relief proceedings. She was represented by Edward Fitzgerald QC and Joe Middleton. On 16 January 2013 Mr Justice Moor found that there had been a wholesale failure by her husband, Scot Young, to comply with the court's orders. Mr Young was committed to prison for six months.
