Judgment has been handed down today by the Supreme Court in R (on the application of Bancoult (No 2)) v Sec of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs.  Edward Fitzgerald QC, Paul Harris SC and Amal Clooney, instructed by Clifford Chance LLP, represented Louis Bancoult, the leader of the Chagos Refugee Group.
