No evidence offered against Siobhan Grey QC’s accountant client after extensive legal argument

Siobhan Grey QC’s accountant client faced two charges of conspiracy to defraud the Revenue in relation to VAT and Construction Industry Service payments.  Prior to charge, he faced a lengthy and intrusive investigation.  After extensive legal argument, the prosecution did not proceed against the defendant.
