Not Guilty verdicts for Gandhi 3

Three protestors were found not guilty of obstructing police and offences under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.  The protest – Occupy Gandhi – took place at Parliament Square last May. 

 

Paul Mason co-defended with Owen Greenhall and Michael Goold from Garden Court, and was instructed by Mike Schwarz at Bindmans solicitors.
