Proceedings against Katy Thorne’s client for massive paedophile sex ring declared a nullity

JOC today walked from Nottingham Crown Court a free man after the judge declared the proceedings against him a nullity. He had previously been acquitted of rape. The defendant had originally been one of nearly 30 men accused of grooming, trafficking and raping a young teenage girl. JOC had also been accused of making indecent images having allegedly videoed sexual contact with her. After hearing legal argument today HHJ Coe declared the proceedings against Katy Thorne’s client a nullity.
