Sara Williams represents client acquitted of racially aggravated harassment.

 

Sara represented S, a young woman suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, alleged to have racially harassed a woman she was living with, over a period of six months. The complainant  also suffered from paranoid schizophrenia. 

 

S was acquitted within 20 minutes. 

 

The case reflects the need for appropriate, considered cross-examination when dealing with vulnerable individuals.
