Zia Nabi joins Doughty Street Chambers

Chambers is delighted to announce that Zia Nabi has joined Doughty Street. Zia is an experienced and well respected practitioner in housing and in broader public law. He was recently instructed in the Supreme Court challenge to the test for priority need in Kanu v Southwark LBC and has appeared in many of the significant housing cases of recent years, including Ali v Birmingham CC, Wandsworth LBC v Michalak and R (Aweys) v Birmingham CC.
