This seminar will provide an overview of the range of private law discrimination claims that can be brought against the police and will examine the changes introduced by the Equality Act.

The speakers will also discuss relevant developments in the case law from the employment law field that impact on bringing or proving discrimination claims against the police.

The seminar will also examine the recent case of ZH v The Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis where a claim for a failure to make reasonable adjustments succeeded.
