The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced a range of changes relevant to those representing tenants in possession and injunction proceedings. These include civil injunctions, community protection notices, the “community trigger”, dispersal powers, public space protection orders, closure powers and absolute grounds for possession.

The seminar is intended to provide guidance on the new provisions and practical advice to assist in successfully defending claims. John Hobson and Jim Shepherd will deliver the seminar. They both have extensive experience of defending difficult anti-social behaviour cases in the county court.
