Providing a fresh look at what is an often taken-for-granted subject, they will consider issues such as post-possession-order counterclaims for disrepair or discrimination, grounds upon which the possession order may be set aside and landlord applications for a warrant out of time, or on the basis of Sheffield v Hopkins.
