The system of immigration and asylum appeals is about to undergo fundamental changes as a result of the 2014 Act and new procedure rules.  The rules include a number of innovations such as, for the first time, a costs jurisdiction in the First-tier Tribunal.  This seminar will provide a guide to the new procedure in the context of the legislative changes and will discuss practical ways of using it to the advantage of appellants.
