Doughty Street Chambers are delighted to invite you to our Housing and Social Welfare seminar,  ‘Domestic Violence and Relationship breakdown: Issues for housing lawyers’.

Relationship breakdowns inevitably give rise to disputes about the right to occupy accommodation, whether it is rented, leasehold or freehold. Where the breakdown is the consequence of domestic violence, a number of common legal issues arise requiring the attention of housing and property lawyers. Martin Westgate QC and Dominic Preston offer their analysis of those issues.

To reserve your place please RSVP to events@doughtystreet.co.uk or contact the events team on 020 7404 1313.
