On Monday evening Doughty Street member Theodore Huckle QC will be delivering the Sir William Dale Memorial Lecture at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies on Russell Square.

Following the recent publication of the UK Government’s proposals for changing how Wales is governed, the Welsh Government’s Law Officer considers the complexity of the Welsh system of devolution, the concept of ‘Welsh’ law (and its inter-connection with ‘English’ law) and what could be done to improve them.

Theo is speaking in his capacity as Counsel General for Wales, the Welsh Government’s chief law officer.
