The Immigration Act 2014 received Royal Assent on 14th May 2014.  It has introduced an entirely new regime of civil penalties requiring landlords to check the immigration status of their tenants.  This seminar, presented by both Immigration and Housing practitioners, aims to review the legislation and highlight the legal and practical issues arising from these unprecedented provisions.
