David Rhodes and Benjamin Newton present a concise seminar designed to introduce practitioners to the main principles of extradition law with an emphasis on practical application at first instance and on appeal. The session will assist those with no experience in extradition law and those who wish to strengthen their basic knowledge of the law and procedure so that they can approach new cases with confidence. The primary focus will be on European Arrest Warrant cases, which represent the majority of cases and give the legal representative the shortest opportunity to consider the potential issues and seek further advice.

This event is now fully booked.
