Recent changes in immigration law have led to an increase in the number of migrants who are lawfully present in the UK but who have no recourse to public funds. This seminar will consider the availability of community care support, including under the Care Act 2014 and the Children Act 1989, for individuals and families excluded from access to mainstream benefits.
