AvMA are running an evening seminar in association with Doughty Street Chambers on 9 June, which will address the impact that the Jackson reforms and proposed changes to success fee recoverability will have on your practice and clients. The event will examine how claimant lawyers can continue to ensure that clients get effective representation in the event that Legal Aid is lost and how best to successfully adapt your practice and working with counsel under the new Jackson CFA regime.

At such a time of considerable uncertainty, the evening will provide you with the opportunity to raise your questions and concerns and discuss with your peers, both in the discussion forum during the meeting and also over drinks immediately afterwards.

The fee to attend is just £35 + VAT and places are strictly limited to a maximum of 60 on a first-come first-served basis.
