Jamie Burton and James Kirk will cover the most important homelessness cases over the past 12 months and discuss possible developments for 2018.
 
The seminar will be chaired by Martin Westgate QC, who appeared with Jamie in the recent Supreme Court case of Poshteh v Kensington and Chelsea RLBC, and who is appearing in Panayiotou v LB Waltham Forest in the Court of Appeal.
