  • Prosecutor v Saif Al Islam Gaddafi and Abdullah Al-Senussi (members of chambers are involved on different sides of the case – representing suspects Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi and Abdullah Al-Senussi - Colonel Gaddafi’s son and chief intelligence officer - as well as the Government of Libya in case involving charges of crimes against humanity arising out of events in Libya in 2011).
  • Prosecutor v Bemba (defending Mr Bemba, military commander of the ‘Mouvement de libération du Congo’, charged with murder, rape and torture as crimes against humanity, as well as war crimes, allegedly committed in the Central African Republic).
  • Prosecutor v Kosgey et al (representing Mr Kosgey, Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) in Kenya, on charges of crimes against humanity arising out of post-election violence in Kenya in 2008).

  • Prosecutor v Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markac (two members of the ICL team are acting in this high-profile war crimes appeal concerning Croatia’s recapturing its territory in Operation “Storm” in August 1995)
