After another busy six months in the Court of Protection, Sophy Miles, Gemma Daly and Mary-Rachel McCabe will bring you up to date on caselaw ranging from capacity and sexual relations, when to appoint a personal welfare deputy, medical treatment, case management and Covid-19.
