The post-Brexit Points-Based Immigration System

On 31 December 2020, at 11:00 PM, freedom of movement between the UK and the EU will end. At the heart of the new regime will be the new Points-Based Immigration System (PBS) which will set out the categories of persons that will be allowed to come to the UK. Further detail was published about the PBS in July 2020, including the main economic migration routes. The webinar will discuss this further detail and what practitioners will need to know to advise their clients about coming to the UK from 2021.
