A Reflective Bar- How successful have diversity and inclusion programmes been in encouraging better representation?

The meeting has been organised to both celebrate Barbara Mills KC’s Chairship of the Bar Council and to consider the structural issues as to why there is an under-representation of people from minority ethnic backgrounds and women at the Bar.
