This seminar introduces and welcomes new member of the housing team Joshua Jackson who, together with Zia Nabi will be talking about key recent developments in homelessness. Josh and Zia will be reviewing homelessness cases from the last year focusing on the themes from recent cases and emerging out the current political and funding environment. Josh will be talking about local authorities’ housing needs assessment and process duties, and how they relate to suitability decisions and reviews, while Zia will be discussing housing supply, procurement and enforcement.
This seminar will be chaired by Sarah Steinhardt.
