Acquitted of Attempted Murder and Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life

Tim Moloney QC secured the acquittal of his client at the Old Bailey of charges of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. The allegations arose from a shootout between two rival gangs at a club in Homerton. A number of innocent bystanders had been shot in the crossfire. He led Martin Goudie of Charter Chambers and was instructed by Claudia Francois of CFJ Solicitors.
