Joe Stone QC took part in an interview with ABC news in Australia on 2nd December 2014. 


The job of juries is to decide if an accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. They bear a huge responsibility, so it’s crucially important that there are no obstacles or needless confusion. New Australian research has found the court layout has a huge impact on the juries perception of the defendant.
