Sara Williams represented SB, charged with exposure.  The complainant was a 10 year old boy, who evidenced that he saw the defendant exposing himself in a public park.  Following Sara’s careful cross-examination of the child it transpired that the defendant was not guilty of the offence.  Prior to the close of their case the Crown offered no further evidence.  The jury were directed to find the defendant not guilty, and the defendant discharged.

Sara was instructed by David Holmes and Olivia Bruton of Dalton Holmes Gray.
