Demonising Dangerous Defendants – The use of the dock in Crown Court trials

Joe Stone QC delivered a presentation to the institute of criminology on the 26th February 2015 at Cambridge University.


His presentation covered why it is now time to seriously consider abolishing the dock in all crown court trials and moving across to a US system where the defendant sit alongside their solicitors/barristers.
