Harry Lambert has been interviewed by leading law publisher LexisNexis about the case of Bailey v Glaxosmithkline [2016] EWHC 178 (QB). The judgement concerns the Seroxat Group Action, dormant since 2011, which has been recently resurrected after the claimants secured third party funding. With years' worth of loose ends to tie up, and the defendant maintaining that the action should not be allowed to proceed at all, a hearing before Mr Justice Foskett was convened on 4 February 2016.   In the interview Harry examines the case in more detail and explains the key issues concerning adequacy of resources.
