The House of Lords EU Justice Sub-Committee report, Brexit: Acquired Rights, was published this week. 


The report considers, among others, the evidence submitted by Associate Tenant Susie Alegre, on the implications for Article 8 (the right to private life) and Article 14 (the prohibition on discrimination) of the ECHR for the loss of EU citizenship for British nationals following Brexit.
