Jelia Sane to speak at international conference on migrants’ rights in Lille

Jelia Sane has been invited by the Syndicat des Avocats de France (National Union of French Lawyers) and the Association des Avocats Européens Democrates ( European Democratic Lawyers Association) to speak at their annual conference on migrants’ rights, which will take place in Lille on 23rd and 24 September 2016. 


The focus of this year’s conference is the EU refugee crisis and the legal protection of migrants across Europe, particularly in Calais, Greece and Italy, and in Turkey.  Jelia’s presentation will focus on the family reunification rights of unaccompanied minors under Article 8 ECHR and the Dublin III Regulation.
