Judicial Service Commission acted wrongly with Registrar

The Registrar of the Supreme Court in Gibraltar, Annabelle Desoiza, represented by John Jones, has been successful in her judicial review application to stop the disciplinary proceedings against her. Judge Sir Michael Turner ruled against the Judicial Service Commission and identified what he described as inherent weaknesses in the 2007 Judicial Services Act. John was waived into the Bar of Gibraltar for the case. John was ably assisted by Sanjivi Krishnan.
