Inquest into the death of Colin Holt

Jury return critical findings in inquest into the death of Colin Holt who died of asphyxiation following prone restraint by police.


Their narrative verdict found that there were significant breaches of the police’s duty of care to Mr Holt.  


David Bentley QC (instructed by Mark Scott at Bhatt Murphy) acted for the Mr Holt’s family.
