Kirsty Brimelow, Q.C., Amos Waldman, and Abigail Bright on the CBA working party which responded to Law Commission consultation

Kirsty Brimelow, Q.C., Amos Waldman, and Abigail Bright were part of the working party appointed by the Criminal Bar Association to respond to the Law Commission consultation on contempt of court (consultation paper no. 209). The CBA response fully considered a number of areas in connection with reform of the law on contempt of court, including: contempt by publication; the impact of various new media; contempts committed by jurors, and contempt in the face of the court.
