Man acquitted of the murder of his cousin

Following a five week trial at the Old Bailey, Tim Moloney QC secured the acquittal of Thomas Hamilton of charges of murder and violent disorder. The charges arose from the stabbing of a man during the course of a fight between cousins in Poplar, London. Tim led Alexia Nicol of Edward Fail, Bradshaw and Waterson Solicitors and was instructed by Paul Harris, Managing Partner of the firm.
