Nick Brown represents the family of Anthony Dunne, who took his own life after an affair with prison counsellor.

Nine years after Anthony Dunne took his own life an inquest has heard how an affair with his prison counsellor, Ms Setz, resulted in a violent assault that lead to Dunne's re-arrest and his subsequent death in Rochester young offenders' institution, in 2004.


Dunne, aged 19 had a known psychiatric disorder and Ms.Setz, aged 43, developed a sexual relationship within weeks of his being released on licence.


Instructed by Anna Louise Thwaites of Hodge Jones & Allen, Nick Brown is acting for the Dunne family. The inquest continues.
