08.06.12 | |

Nick Paul has been appointed to advise and work with the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) as part of their programme to recruit and train new lawyers. The SAHRC is working to increase and raise the profile of litigation in their Equality Courts. He will be based in South Africa where he will act as a mentor and provide advocacy training. The Equality Courts are at the heart of the South African Constitution which prohibits discrimination and sets out the most comprehensive set of rights found in any modern constitution. The project has been organised and funded by the International Senior Lawyers Project.
