Published chapter in Ashgate collection on death penalty litigation

02.12.13 | |

Graeme L. Hall has contributed a chapter, Capital Litigation in Uganda: a counterintuitive approach?, to an Ashgate publication entitled Capital Litigation: New Perspectives, edited by Prof Peter Hodgkinson, which is now available to buy.

The publication aims to challenge the received wisdom of capital litigation across the globe, and Graeme’s chapter critically examines the approaches to capital litigation in Uganda. The chapter is based on Graeme’s experience setting up a project on death row in Kampala between September 2011 and April 2012.
