25.02.15 | |

Sara Williams has successfully defended a man accused of causing actual bodily harm.  Charges were brought after the complainant suffered a broken ankle and cuts to his head during an altercation with the defendant.  Sara made a successful submission of “no case to answer” following cross-examination of the complainant, in which he accepted he could not recall how he had sustained his injuries.  The Judge directed the jury to acquit the defendant.
